At Hearts & Heirlooms, each order is carefully prepared before being shipped to you.

Processing Time
Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 5–12 business days after the order is placed.

Please note that shipping and delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Tracking Your Order
When tracking information is available, you will receive it by email after your order ships.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at heartsandheirloomsco@gmail.com. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
